In 1989, Peggy and Rod Bradfield purchased a small travel agency.  Since then, the business has continued to grow dramatically.  This growth is largely due to the professionalism of the staff and the satisfaction of our loyal customers. Peggy brought her 23 years in Sales and Customer Service with Air Canada to Alliston when she and Rod purchased their agency.  From the beginning, Peggy’s goal (for herself and the staff) has been to provide service beyond the client’s expectations.  Her background in personally designing trips for her clients has given Peggy the expertise required to deal with a wide range of client needs.

Rod has been applying his 32 years of management experience at General Motors to the marketing and development needs of the agency.  Also, Rod’s experience in the ski industry enables him to advise clients and staff on the selection of ski holidays.

Peggy and Rod have worked hard to be part of the local community, including extensive work with the local Chamber of Commerce and hospital board and working with many local charities and other volunteer groups.  They are proud to have been honoured as Business of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce and for Peggy’s award as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Economic Development Committee.  In fact, they have received many honours from the local community and from the travel industry.
