Peggy brought her 23 years in Sales and Customer Service with Air Canada to Alliston when she and Rod purchased their agency. From the beginning, Peggy’s goal has been to provide service that exceeds her clients’ expectations. Her background in personally designing trips for her clients has given Peggy the expertise required to deal with a broad range of client needs.
Rod has been applying his 32 years of management experience at General Motors to the marketing and development needs of the agency. Also, Rod’s experience in the ski industry enables him to advise clients and staff on the selection of ski holidays.

After completion of her Travel Counsellor's course, Joanne started with the agency in 1990, working mainly on leisure travel. However, as the corporate travel side has increased dramatically, Joanne has become the agency’s corporate travel specialist. Her wealth of experience in booking clients to the large and small centres of North America plus South America and Europe allow Joanne to make complicated travel arrangements look easy.

Karen is a graduate of the Travel Training Career Centre and has 13 years experience in the travel industry. Prior to coming with us Karen worked for Sportscorp Travel, catering to the sports market, including the NHL and the Toronto Maple Leafs. She also has an extensive background in corporate travel.
Karen's pleasant nature is an asset to our expanding corporate travel clientele.

Carolyn Kremer

Carolyn has a Travel and Tourism Diploma from Humber College and has worked in the industry for over 13 years. She concentrates mainly on leisure travel and has earned her qualification as a “Disney Specialist”, "Aussie Specialist", "Kiwi Specialist", and as a "Holland Specialist". Carolyn’s nature and training make her a good listener who works hard to find the right vacation for each client.

Although she has been trained as our cruise specialist and is a CLIA member, Shelley is completely capable of handling any leisure travel needs. Pat is a graduate from Seneca College’s Travel and Tourism Administration course. She worked in the travel industry at Thomson Vacations before coming to Bradfield Travel. Pat started out as our key agent in the Creemore office. She is currently applying her organization skills to the control of all accounting functions for the agency.

For her first 10 years with the agency, Judith worked as our Outside Sales Representative, with a focus on group travel. She has earned her "Israel Specialist" and "Bermuda Specialist" certificates.
During the past 2 years, Judith has become our IT Specialist, managing our database, website, and helping with our Bradfield Escorted Trips.
